Imagine you have a magical lantern that grants you not only 3 wishes but an infinite number of wishes. Now that’s something we all want to possess. Well, the good news is that it’s possible. I will unveil the way I used manifestation to get pretty much most things in my current life, From jobs, to cities I lived in to even people I manifested into my life. Who need Aladdin’s Genie when manifestation exists?.
Tip 1 : Understand how the universe works
The most basic rule in the world of manifestation is that we are a part of the universe and the universe is a part of us. Which means that the energy you project goes into the universe, and that energy is one of the key determinants of whether the manifestation will work or not.
Another thing is that the universe reciprocates the vibe (vibration) we give. If you are giving good vibes you will get good rewards. This is how the Law of Attraction works, if it’s used the right way you’ll get what you deserve.
Tip 2 : You gotta believe that manifestation is real and easy
I am a firm believer that life is made easy for us. It’s true that we get into hardships and difficult times but as long as we can look at the bright side it eases the difficulty. So this applies to manifestation too, you got to be convinced that it’s easy (it might be hard for the non-practitioners) at first you’ll have your doubts, but as they always say “Trust the process”.
To help you believe that it’s real, read stories and books about how manifestation gave people what they always wanted. On top of this you can do it before sleeping, while meditating, while in bed, while walking… you can practice it pretty much anywhere.
Tip 3 :Emit High vibrational frequencies
It’s true that manifestation can take a long time to make an effect. and that can be due to many reasons, like : – Not feeling fully convinced by it – not being specific about what you want… but most importantly is emitting low vibration frequencies. So to flip that you got to follow these points :
- Have good/positive thoughts : If you deal with a lot of negative self-talk, I feel you, so what i did is practice “words of affirmation”, at first you might feel like you are lying to yourself but little by little they will really stick into your subconscious mind and start believing and embodying them.
- Limit your complaints : As humans we complain because of things that bother us, and when it gets too repetitive we end up tending to be negative most of the time and find it hard to be positive. Which automatically reduces our vibrations.
- Learn how to deal with your negative emotions : If you believe that suppressing your negative feelings is the right way to deal with them, then you are wrong. One of the best ways to do so is to write them down, talk about them, think of solutions instead of dwelling, and remember that everything in life is temporary, good moments are ahead of us.
- Spread love and kindness : No one can deny that being kind feels good, it makes you feel good about yourself, and when you feel good about yourself, you raise your vibes immediately.
Tip 4 : Be Delusional (Believe it already happened)
Manifesting does not actually happen in the future, I know it sounds contrary. Manifestation happens in the present. Example :
You want to manifest that you live in a farm house in Switzerland. You should not say “I want to live in a farm house in Switzerland”. instead say “I am grateful that I am living in a farm house in Switzerland”. You have to be delusional, believe it already happened, believe that you deserve it.
Another thing is that you have to feel it. whether it’s happiness, excitement, hope, love… Embracing these emotions will trick your subconscious mind that it has already happened, also it does not distinguish between what is real and what is fake. So imagine in your mind what you want to manifest in your life as if it’s real.
Tip 5 : Put in the work
Manifestation does really help trusting the process, it gives clarity and motivation. So with this being said you have to take action towards what you’re manifesting. And based on personal experience, when you add manifestation to action it gets and feels easier, because you end up wanting to make that feeling of happiness and fulfillment in real life.
As a head start, if you want to get into manifestation, commence with something simple, like manifesting a specific grade for your test, going on a date with someone in mind, or traveling somewhere for a little vacay.
